Yes. Every contract is fixed after design lock. We publish a line-item breakdown so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
Custom homes usually run 10–14 months from site handover. Renovations vary from 4 to 9 months. We publish a Gantt chart at contract signing.
Absolutely. Roughly half our projects come through architect referrals. We are comfortable joining an existing design team or leading the design ourselves.
